Selling of product (i.e. Rooms) on Phone and through direct interaction with customer.

Responsible for proper Revenue Management.

 Responsible for different & occupancy forecasts.

Up-dation of accounts reviewing and analyzing their business.

  Responsible to handle out-source reservation agency i.e. MYCRS/GDS in all respects.

  Provide data & sales reports for sales working.

 Ensure that incoming correspondence (Inquiries, requests, confirmations) in time review and promptly.

 Assist Director of Sales in ensuring that established systems, policies and procedures related to reservation are implemented and adhered at all time by the reservation staff.

 Insert employee’s data by inputting text based and numerical information from source document within time limits.
 Keep Information confidential.

 Scan document and print files, when needed.

 Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.

Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
