75TPH Billet Re-Heating Furnace
·         Look after all Production, Operations and Maintenance activities of Re-Heating Furnace.
·         Look after all maintenance, safe operations and troubleshooting.
·         Maintain and update complete documentation, Log books, daily reports, consumption records.
·         Miantain a team work environment with both management staff and personnel.
·         Maintains safe and clean work environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.
·         Look after all commissioning activities of Billet Re-Heating Furnace.
§  Flushing, Leakage and Pressure test of All piping.
§  Commissioning of hydraulic, Lubrication and Pneumatic  system of  Re-Heating Furnace.
§  Commissioning of all instuments( Photo cells, Proximity sens.or,LVDT, Limit switch, Load cell etc)

Project of Hot Rolling Mill
 Erection of  75TPH Walking Hearth Furnace(WHF).
·         Look after all erection activities of Reheating Furnace.
·         Look after erection of  all piping according to drawing .
·         Look after installation of  Reheating Furnace Refractory according to drawing.
·         Procure all piping material and other material.
·         Look after all received material  form different vendor.

·         Department of Production Control and logistic.
·         Milk-run system for distant local suppliers to reduce total logistic cost.
·         Study, standardization and SOP (standard operating procedure) of Milk-Run system.

I am doing research on Solar Aided Coal Fired Power Plant.
