Humanitarian Resilience and Recovery Unit (HRRU)
• Coordinate and monitor CRLR activities in the assigned area.
• Provide technical guidance for comprehensive program interventions.
• Organize and participate in Rapid Assessments and Response missions.
• Recommend coordinated responses to the CRLR Programme Manager.
• Conduct internal operational coordination meetings at the field level.

Climate Advocacy and coordination for Resilient Action (CACRA) Funded By German Red Cross
• Support PRCS and partner field teams in ensuring climate-smart mainstreaming as part of project implementation (activity delivery, e.g. enhanced Vulnerability Capacity Assessment)
• Organise and conduct relevant advocacy & training events with stakeholders across Pakistan.
• Ensure adequate project documentation, archiving of best practices, and regular financial and narrative reporting according to agreed deadlines.
• Develop knowledge management products and help institutionalization and learning efforts, including progress reporting of the project activities and associated events
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to showcase CACRA interventions, at all levels
• Provide substantive support to consultative meetings, conferences, etc., to including proposing agenda topics, identifying participants, preparation of documents and presentations, etc.
• Ensure adequate project documentation, archiving and presentation of best practice.
• Assist in developing draft work plans and other planning instruments
• Coordinate activities related to budget and funding (programme preparation and submissions, progress reports, etc.) and prepare related documents/reports.
• Facilitate comprehensive stakeholder mapping analysis on national and provincial levels to ensure participation and ownership of PRCS on all levels.

Climate Emergency Response Operation funded by Norcross.
• Coordinated and lead the process of developing program on PHC in order to enable health systems to support community health needs – from health promotion to disease prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, palliative care and more. Whereas PHC is key to strengthening the resilience of health systems to prepare for, respond to and recover from shocks and crises.
• Liaison and networking, with government and non-governmental organizations, policy people, International NGOs, ICRC, IFRC, NDMA and UN agencies at Islamabad level for implementation of Project activities.
• Maintain close working relationships with relevant RCRC Movement Partners and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with NorCross Pakistan Delegations for all logistical arrangements related to official visits from NorCross National Offices, including visas, obtaining NOCs, transportation and accommodation.

Mobilized communities and strengthened village-level conservation groups and stakeholders. Organized community meetings to ensure active participation in project activities. Developed partnership agreements and conducted field visits. Designed socio-economic impact assessment plans and facilitated focus group discussions (FGDs) and participatory rural appraisals (PRA). Led awareness and capacity-building activities to promote inclusion of women and persons with disabilities. Supported the FCDO team in finalizing project interventions

Coordinated Emergency Preparedness, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), and asset creation across Islamabad, Gilgit, Quetta, and Lahore. Led capacity-building programs, training over 850 teachers in collaboration with FDE, NDMA, British Council, and AKAH. Engaged education departments, school administrations, and community organizations to promote inclusive DRR and safety. Supervised staff, consultants, and volunteers; managed training budgets and monitored school safety plans. Conducted data collection and analysis, prepared reports, and improved school safety protocols, emergency response systems, and surveillance infrastructure. Facilitated training sessions and contributed to lessons learned, best practices, and knowledge products such as policy briefs and reports.         

Conducted training needs assessments, selected sites, and nominated Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) members. Developed training plans, manuals, and Village Disaster Risk Management Plans (VDRMPs). Coordinated with Union Councils (UC), Village Councils (VC), and district stakeholders for training and CERT formation. Managed logistics, budgeting, and financial processes for training events. Delivered CERT training to 20 VC and 10 UC teams, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up. Evaluated training impact using FGDs, surveys, interviews, and tests. Led monitoring and evaluation, maintained management information systems, and conducted Hazard Vulnerability Risk Assessments in remote areas. Facilitated community engagement through FGDs and PRAs. Participated in stakeholder and donor meetings, followed up on reform actions, and supported compliance with reporting and quality assurance standards.
