To manage talent acquisition process and advertising job vacancies
Sourcing candidates from verity of channels and scheduling interviews.
Processing new hire documents, on boarding and orientation.
Responsible for developing CV Bank for critical positions along with all the details of the profile to avoid any unforeseen circumstances.

Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s termination.
Researches and advises on ways to ensure that employees feel they are treated fairly, feel supported, and empowered in all things benefits and HR.
Tracks and organizes employee documents in a way that facilitates quick retrieval
To provide training to employees on Harassment, Company benefits, Grievances Handling , Social security and EOBI.
To hold the project of PSDF (Punjab Skill Development Fund) from online registration to clearance of payments.
Working on the platform PRIGMEA for development of organization
To assess OPD claim forms and make entry in HR Software and proceed the payments
