Job Responsibilities includes:
Assessment of Credit Proposal:
Credit analysis of loan proposals received from Regional Business Offices for approval including evaluation of credit risk, financial risk assessment, security evaluation (adequacy and enforceability). To entertain any other request related to approve cases such as release of securities, change in mark up rate, change in security etc.
Evaluation of customer’s business risks.
Financial health Risk Analysis of the Borrower’s business.
Keeping knowledge of key issues up-to-date and making recommendations about procedure/ SOPs /policy changes /Product Development.
To analyze loan proposals received under CGS scheme according to the laid-down guidelines
Proposing any covenants/conditions/documentations, principles etc of the SME proposal to mitigate risks
Analysis/Monitoring of MIS
To maintain MIS of cases, approved or rejected at Regional / Head Office level
To maintain track record of cases received at Credit Division
Perform portfolio monitoring as per PRs on quarterly basis
Maintaining risk rating Migration Sheet on quarterly basis
Quarterly monitoring of Approval under discretionary power of RCC
Monitoring of Credit Log (TAT sheet) at Credit Division.
Responsibilities includes:
Income Estimation: Assessing the income of the applicant/businessman and identifying the risk in future perspective.
Business Information Report: To investigate the businesses legal status and gather maximum information including financial and operational details.
Analyse and examine the financial data.
Coordination with clients and supervising associates.
