Effectively implement the assigned project related activities as per the approved work plan and against set targets.
Regularly monitor the changing dynamics of areas where injecting drug use takes place and report any other pertinent information from the field to the site manager.
Register clients as per policy and keep a copy of client registration record.
Distribute syringes and condoms among the injecting drug users as per project policy and maintain daily record and hand it over to the designated staff member.
Provide behavior change communication information to the injecting drug users on HIV, safer sexual practices, safer injecting practices.
Refer clients for medical services to the mobile medical team.
Refer clients for social services including bath, haircut and shave.
Conduct advocacy sessions with immediate community in spots/sites to create an enabling environment for service delivery.
Develop reports of daily activities.

Collect data from line-listed households in the identified EBS on hand held device after taking consent form the subject and maintained the confidentiality of the data collected
Take required measurements of research subject from the sampled households in identified blocks and properly document it
Recheck and validated the collected data on daily basis ,et missing information and insure that every appropriate question was asked and responded
Maintain close coordination with supervisors and team members and attend the periodic meetings to share progress and discuss related matters

To trained Mobile teams Area Incharges before NID and SNID campaigns
To identify the High Risk Migratory Population HRMPG before and after the campaign
To monitor Polio campaign and Measles campaign in targeted Union council
To check quality of Supplementary/Sub National Immunization Days SNID and National Immunization Days NID campaign
To check proper Vaccine career of Area Incharges and teams during field
