Reporting to ESEF Head Office.
Coordination with District Education Officer (M/F) E&SED, Deputy Commissioner & Independent Monitoring Unit Offices and other stakeholders at provincial/district level.
Supervision and implementation of all Projects/ Programme under ESEF such as
1.Iqra Farogh-e-Taleem, Education Voucher Scheme (IFTVS)
2.Girls Community Schools (GCS)
3.Tele Taleem
4.Rokhana Pakhtunkhwa Talimee Programme (RPTP)
5.Community Learning Centers (CLC)
6.Tameer-e-School Program (TSP)
Conduction, validation and monitoring of need assessment survey in district.
Preparation of daily updating ledger books, payment receipts and journal entries.
Maintain Supportive Transactional Documents e.g Contingent, Bidding and Utilities bills etc for office day to day expenditure.
Biannual submission of tax returns.
Pre-Auditing all the financial activitys from RAD at district level.
Organize all office operations and procedures efficiently.
Office Management / Correspondence (letter writing, circulars / notices for staff members). Including monitoring incoming and outgoing mail.
Assisted the Management in HR duties including conducting interviews and issuing appointment letters and contracts. Furthermore, assigning tasks and feedback from employees.
Taking care of manual and computerized filing of all official correspondence
Preparing and delivering presentations for inspection teams / guests on behalf of the management
Solving all the problems of community/employees in a calm and smooth manner as per the govt policies

Maintains monthly record include attendance, performance of the interns in each department.
Maintain a list of addresses/phone numbers of counterparts and relevant Department/AGP/ICPD/HED officials.
Maintains leave records of the interns placed at different departments.
Assists in preparation of payment requests with the supporting documentation and liaison with AGP/ICPD/HED department for payments follow-ups.
Preparation and updating of daily bookkeeping Voucher and Expenditure Report
Preparation of monthly cash position.
Preparation of Bank reconciliation statement for the concerned banks.
Preparation of Cash forecast for office day to day expenditure.
Maintenance of all office equipment.
Handling Accounting and Finance activities.
Working closing with 45 different departments for efficient correspondence and coordinations.
Perform any other duties as required by the admissions section during the admissions in Graduate, Post- Graduate, M.S/M.Phil and Ph-D in different departments.
Updating daily attendance (arrival / Departure) of all staff members.
Purchase of office equipment.
Filing of all official record manually and electronically.
Assisting HR in Excel and Power Point.
