Performance Appraisal Management of worker.
Transport arrangement of worker.
Individuals’ Trainings (Orientation, Food safety, Basic Computer courses, ERP, TimeTrax (Cloud HCM Software)
Manage employee data and files.
Manage employee leaves gate passes and attendance record.
To look after Good Hygiene practice & ensure its compliance.
To deal with scrap & ensure SOP compliance as applicable.
Processing incoming mails.
Setting appointments and arranging meetings.
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
Preparing new employee files.
Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
