• Heavy pre-cast structure or Cast-in-Situ structure for multi-stories buildings, overhead bridges, concrete silos, culverts etc.
• Buildings with highly Finishes(Residential or Hospital)
• Highly secured Prison or Jail Construction
• Construction of Industrial Projects
• Erection of Steel structures. (Kirby, IBSF etc.)

Roles & Responsibilities: -
• Supervising of AutoCAD operators and Survey Team for initial Site Plans.
• Coordination with consultant, client’s supervising Engineers/Representatives.
• Coordination with PMO Leader, Project Managers & Site Engineers.
• Processing and approving of construction drawings & material submittals from client/consultant.
• Checking of purchase orders for the required requested materials from sites.
• Construction materials purchasing arrangements with purchaser on priority basis.
• Procurement of critical finishing materials involved for the projects.
• Managing of skilled, semi-skilled & un-skilled work force with Project Managers.
• Arranging of sub-contractors for different sites.
• Achievement of working schedule.
• Monitoring of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports received from sites.

Site Inspector
I have supervised different jobs for the construction of additional
Carriageway Project, 63 Km long from Lahore to Islamabad as follows,
• Supervised the construction of pile foundations, piers, beams etc. for bridges such as Jhelum River Bridge, Jhelum Railways overhead bridge, Dina Railways overhead bridge, Taraki Bridge, etc.
• Re-aligned the road.
• Designed the length as well as location of culverts with suitable levels.
• Checked and verified the final quantities for the executed work.
Site Engineer
I have managed for the construction of pile foundations, super structures etc. of
Bridges over the Railways and waterways for the “Lahore-Islamabad” Motorway
I was also responsible for the checking of the initial layout for the pile
foundations
Planning Engineer
I have worked for Cement Plant Project as the planning, execution and
Construction of CF Silos, Pre-heater Buildings, Heavy Foundations for Rotary
Kilin, Burner House Structure, Clinkers and Cement Silos, Packing House etc.
