Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for export activities, preparation of commercial documents in accordance with export, and handles recordkeeping requirements to support timely payment of product.
Establishing and managing relationships with freight carriers and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinating freight shipments to ensure that they arrive on time and without damage.
Managing the inventory of goods held in storage facilities, including monitoring stock levels and ordering replacements when necessary.
Managing the supply chain process from procurement to shipment to customer delivery.
Cooperating with other departments within the company to ensure that all international business operations run smoothly.
Identify and implement inventory planning optimization ideas to achieve business objectives, inventory targets, and improve inventory planning.
Update and review ERP system master data as related to product planning, inventory, and sourcing activities.
Overseeing and maintaining documents of receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to keep accurate records of warehouse activities.
Communicate master production schedule to production and quality; communicate lead time, capacity, delivery dates to sales and management team.
Collaborate with Sales team and Production team on cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs and achieve company annual targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Represent the supply chain at the sales and operations planning (S&OP) forums.
Supporting and liaising with internal key stakeholders for smooth supplies, and timely production.
Work with branch and NWT management to ensure that perfect orders meet the internal and external customer’s expectations.
Implement and deploy S.O.Ps for managing requirements of OEM & institutional customers and ensure timely updating of customer orders in ERP.
Monitoring Order vs. Forecast vs. Production control system for inventory management and its improvement.
Ensure monthly production targets meet as per budgeted forecast and sales order.
Proactively coordinate with purchase in order to ensure all supplies adhere to agreed service levels and to have contingency plans of supply for all core product ranges.
Overseeing and maintaining documents of receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to keep accurate records of warehouse activities.
Continuously analyze inventory availability on the ground with sales target achievement to ensure the availability of the right inventory.
Monitor and report products that expire in warehouses to ensure liquidation.
