JOB PURPOSE HF Is the first point of contact for beneficiaries
RESPONSIBILITIES
Verify & validate the eligibility of the beneficiary through HMIS ( Health management information system).
Conduct HMIS data entry.
Review and assess claims documents for completeneaa prior to submission.
Conduct patients observation and rounds to report on patients.
Support DMO ( District Medical Officer) & PMO(Provincial Medical Officer) and provide relation team member as required.
Ensure program awareness in public through handouts and other promotional materials.
