• KPI Reporting: Daily Analysis and reporting network KPIs which include 2G,3G and 4G Technologies.

Reconcile reports Daily, Weekly & Monthly of major KPIs. The reports are extensive and include remarks & root causes against every abnormality or degradation observed.

• Vendor Management: Keep a check on vendor performance, identification of weak areas, penalty calculations and invoicing.

• Operations Support Leading Operations Support roles as Spares ordering, R&R and warehousing. Inter-Org and Intra-Org Process drafting and implementation.

• KPI Improvements: Ensure sustainability and improvement in all networks KPI’s which include TCH Availability,
TCH Blocking, Customer Complains tickets and CSSR & DCR. Post check of the KPIs for any planned activity done in the network.

• Network benchmarking & analysis in case of promotion launch or major changes done. Sharing Traffic loss/gain analysis depending on the scenario

• Telco Support: Providing recommendations and technical support for BSS and transmission which include 2G, 3G and 4G Huawei BTS & Node B and integration, expansion and operations of transmission media include Ericsson Minilink and NEC.

• Customer Complain Management; Laison with vendor Optimization, DT, Customer complaint teams with Jazz Operations and Sales team and high level supervision of TTs life cycle

• Special Projects: Initialized successful projects to improve network availability/ Restore TXN Link redundancy, TN visibility, Link budget implementation and improve RX level of XPIC links.

• Delivering Technical training sessions to Mobilink customer and in house teams.

• Providing remote support for different technical problems during swap.

• Providing recommendations and technical support for Network transportation from TDMA to IP

• Supporting teams for 3G and LTE implementation and troubleshooting.

• Providing back office support to technical teams on Minilink TN and XPIC
