Roles and Responsibilities: 
• Preparing of financial statements as per International Accounting Standard IAS & IFRS.
• Preparing of profit & loss account as per Accounting Standard.
• Preparing of Balance sheet, Cash flow statement & Statement of Change in Equity.
• E-filling and submission of monthly Sales tax return.
• Preparing of Import/Export documents in Custom portal.
• Preparing of staff & director’s payrolls and deducted income tax on monthly basis.
• E-filing of Income tax return on annually basis.
• Preparing income tax and sales tax withheld statements.
• Preparing Sales tax invoice of customers in ERP software.
• Bank reconciliation statement.
• Controlling of receivables and payables.
• Preparing of receipts & payments of customers and vendors.
• Maintain different Chart of accounts in ERP software.
• Preparing of Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) 
• Preparing of Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI).

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Prepare withholding Income Tax statements on monthly basis.
• Submission of annual Income Tax return of Individuals.
• Prepare withholding Income Tax statements of Salaried persons.
• Submission of Company annual Income Tax returns normal.
• E-filing and submission of monthly Sales Tax returns.
• Preparation of revised Income Tax returns.
• Prepare wealth statements.
• Processing of Input & Output tax and respected refunds.
• Handle online/manual Sales Tax refund processing. 
• Prepare withholding Sales Tax statements.
• Prepare Purchase & Supply registers for Sales tax purpose.
• Reconcile all Purchase & Sales data with Store, Procurement, Accounts 
and Import & Export departments.
• Prepare documents & submission replies for Income & Sales Tax notices 
received from FBR (under the supervision of Finance Manager).
• Prepare assignments assign by the Finance Manager.
