●      Recently doing job in Islamic Relief from Dec 2019 to till now. Main responsibilities are:
·         Sponsorship:  Identify and register orphans for possible sponsorship on the basis of criteria set by IRW/IRE.  Ensure that all the sponsored orphans have bank accounts.  Ensure that all sponsored children have received their financial support regularly and in time. Identify sponsored orphans who have different social problems and link them with youth groups to engage them in different leisure activities for positive development.
·       Working in a small office with limited resources; mobilize the available/allocated resources within the available time limit for maximum results by allocating and distributing them properly across all activities in line with the guidance provided by his/her line manager.
·          
·         Women Empowerment: work in close collaboration with Government and other departments to aware the families and community about gender based violence, climate change, child rights and women empowerment. Laisioning of orphan families with government departments to improve their livelihood.

·         Feedback/Development:  Facilitates training programs, workshops and discussion forums for guardians, volunteers and community members to enhance community understanding towards child welfare.   Organize and facilitate psychosocial counseling for sponsored orphan children who are victims of different abuses.  Facilitate peer to peer counseling programs in collaboration with the youth groups to develop positive self-assertiveness of sponsored orphan children. 

·         Program development: Identify and suggest feasible project ideas for interventions to enhance the welfare of the sponsored families.  Initiate creative ideas for community sponsorship to replace one to one in the long run.
·         Teamwork:   Participate in general program issues, annual review, proposal writing, reporting, staff development…etc
·         Community Mobilization:  Identify individuals from community members who can play community mobilization role towards identifying guardians for orphan children who lost both parents and do not have any one to take care of them. Awareness sessions on safeguarding policy, anti-harassment policy, child rights.

·         Trainings and Seminar: Assist and coordinate and arrange trainings for the character-building of children, arrange and manage recreational events and create exposure opportunities for the children and their families.
·         Protection and safeguarding: Immediately respond to reports of abuse and neglect and provide support services. Conduct investigations into reports of abuse (i.e., violation of sponsorship agreement).

·         Networking/Managing Relationship:  Establish and strengthen net working with different organizations that are working in the area of children.
·         Monitoring & Evaluation:  Undertakes situation analysis of sponsored vulnerable orphan children establishes baseline data for impact monitoring and systematically documents program results;
·         Reporting/Documentation:  Ensure that all sponsored children’s progress reports are compiled in time.  Monitors and systematically documents program results;
·         Performs other related tasks as required.
