Started my career in Allainet as a Business Development Manager in Jan 2017. The project name was Trainer.ae. My responsibilities included:
- Promoting the project website in all over UAE by digital marketing and posting ads on websites and different Social Media Pages.
- Dealing with Customers and with the trainers working with us via. Phone calls, Emails, and Chats.
- Solving the Issues of customer and Trainers and keeping up with scheduling department about each and every session of the clients.
- Keeping strong follow up with clients and trainers to get more revenue for the business.
- Motivating team and helping them in achieving their targets.
Worked for 1 year as a Sr. Closer on Home Security Project. My responsibilities included:
- Introducing the customer to the company and briefing them about the program.
- Quoting and negotiating with the clients till the deal is done.
Started my professional career there as a Team Lead on 2 different campaigns. My major campaign was Solar Panels Project. After working as a Team Lead for 8 months, I was promoted to Manager. My responsibilities included:
- Keeping record of Agent’s Performances on daily basis.
- Keeping record of the sales that were posted to clients for their approval.
- Training the new CSRs for Product knowledge, Accent Training and Mock Calls.
- Motivating the agents to achieve daily targets.
- Resolving the issues between Sales Department and QA Department.
