• Facilitate Project Coordinator in identifying target areas and communities to be selected for project Implementation In coordination with the team develop work plans for participatory appraisal in the targeted area.

• To strengthen, reactivation of community based organizations (CBOs) for the effective implementation of project activities;
• Ensure community participation in all meetings including children representation, institution buildings at local, sub district and district level;
• To establish contact with community based organization (CBOs) Community elders for identification of training benifichries,new water supply schemes, including pilot projects;
• To collect all socio-economic information for different project activities (for villages, schools, madrassa and BHUs); and to resolve any type of social conflict in the community;
• To organize and conduct broad based community meeting (BBCM) with the community in selected villages as well with the Parent Teachers Committees (PTC) of selected schools;
• Work closely with education team and WASH team for implementation of PEPAS activities;
• Formation of Water Management Committee (WMC) for Operation & Maintenance of water supply schemes;

In collaboration with Sector specialists and community members, facilitate participatory monitoring and evaluation processes with the objective of enabling community members assess their vulnerabilities and potentials with special reference to gender, child rights, marginalized children etc.
Participate in Design and conduct of situation analysis to promote collaboration with  partners involved in the implementation of WASH, Education, Health, food, protection, NFIs and shelter etc. interventions.
Monitor the process of beneficiary identification to ensure participation of all community members including women and children and benefits to them as vulnerable groups.
Monitor the implementation of all emergency, early recovery and development projects and provide accurate and timely information in terms of quality and time frame as stipulated in project designs.
Work closely with Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Officer and other stakeholders to ensure that their information/reporting needs are being met.
Participate in design and conduct of need assessment studies and to support in making up figurative analysis and report writing.
Provide necessary information and participate in project evaluations (both  internal and external) as required.
Review the documentation of all projects as per minimum documentation guidelines.

• Facilitate Broad Based Community Meetings (BBCM) at the village level and map out community resources with community or existing village organizations through PRA.
• Assist communities in the formation of village organizations following the standard process considering the participation of women and other vulnerable groups
