1. Reconcile monthly operating budgets and share updated financial reports with the senior management team
2. Manage the administrative staff and train new hires on office policies and procedures
3. Schedule meetings for senior management team and book conference rooms as needed
4. Prepare agendas for monthly staff meetings and work with our Administrative Assistant to schedule
5. Handle company conference and event logistics, including booking rooms, choosing vendors, inviting guests and booking travel arrangements if necessary
6. Work with our vendors to make purchases and reconcile invoices
• Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
