Responsibilities:-

Provide advice to the PoC on the voluntary repatriation process and ensure

that they make informed decisions on return.

Participate in mass information activities informing refugee communities and

other relevant stakeholders about the voluntary repatriation program.

Provide logistical and administrative support to voluntary repatriation border-
crossing movements.

Assist in assessing the specific needs of vulnerable categories of returnees and

advise on the responses.

Enter data relating to voluntary repatriation in the relevant database

Enlist belongings of repatriating families on the prescribed form to facilitate

border crossing.

Ensure and verify correct family composition and registration of new born

babies and children before deregistration.

Preparation of Voluntary Repatriation Forms and other relevant documents.

Conduct biometric verification and recording correct data.

Conduct exit interviews using the exit questionnaire.

Conduct confidential protection interviews where requested.

Monitor waiting areas to ensure appropriate treatment of refugees in

accordance with AGDM principles.

Liaise with relevant stakeholders at all levels of the repatriation process

Monitor and provide assistance to persons with specific needs, ensuring that

their needs are met.

Promptly address queries from refugees and provide guidance where required.

Any other duty as directed by the manager(s).

To assist regular visits to project sites to carry out process monitoring as well as gather

feedback from the beneficiary community

To assist the overall frame work of community engagements

Trainings and advocacy on the social issues

Develop and maintain positive relationships between the community members
