The internship I did allowed me to deal with multi variant tasks on single desk like Notice implementation, sorting, and reply etc. Apart from that we worked as a team merely keeping the efficiency and quality by a willful focus which is one of the most important traits of human resource management. No matter how small, big, important or less important task we dealt with were under complete abidance of the bank human resource policies. Right at my first day I was told to memorize all the important points of the documents written the bank policies, I wasn’t allowed at first to do any sort of work under my job without going through those important policies points. For instance I tried to use my personal laptop under there premises but they strictly prohibited that proposing, “you cannot use your personal gadget during your working hours in order to conduct the official task of this firm as it is against the policy” which taught me that no matter how small the work would be one has to follow the procedural policies in order to be organized and successful in today’s market.
