• E-filing on FBR portal which includes filing of Monthly Sales Tax Returns (GST Return) and Monthly Income Tax Statements, Annual Income Tax Statements, filing of Income Tax Returns of Individuals, firms, AOPs and Private Limited companies.
• Registration of individuals and companies with FBR.
• Incorporation of new companies in SECP and filing the annual returns of private Limited companies in SECP.
• Registration of Firm with Registrar of Firms.
• Registration of Sole Proprietorship.
• Manage tax and corporate compliance\'s of clients
• Sales Tax Registration.
• Winding up of Companies.
• Manage accounts of client companies/firms/sole proprietorship on weekly or monthly basis and also take part in audit at some stages.
• Examining company accounts and financial control systems.
• Perform the internal audit procedures and conduct the execution phase.
• Checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable.
• Maintain audit reports and other documents in the files.
• Carry out follow up activities on action plans from previous reports.
• Compile workings and findings as per the requirement of the audit report.
• Resolve any issues identified in the working or procedures.
• Review and verify invoices with appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Record invoices & all related documents on to system.
• Maintain receivables files and documentation thoroughly and accurately.
• Post related transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions with vendors.
• Prepare analysis of related accounts & making reports to management.
• Interact with vendors and respond to inquiries/resolve discrepancies/issues/delays.
• Assist with month/Year end closing/reconciliations based on general accounting procedures.
• Maintain expense records and process expense reports prepare and process.
• Manual/electronic transfers and payments.
