My responsibilities are as under.
Complete and maintain scheduling of daily activities.
Supervise Accounts, OIC Deposits, OIC Foreign Exchange, Credit, Remittances, Bill Clearing Departments, ensures daily balancing and reporting to concerned authorities.
Maintenance of decorum, discipline and working relations in the branch to ensure excellence in customer service.
Monitor the liquidity position and placement of excess funds with Treasury for the purpose of achieving optimum utilization.
Member in making the branch Budget. Review to ensure meticulous achievement of budgetary targets.
Ensuring KYC and AML compliance in all transactions.
Reporting to SBP.
Operations Incharge and Credit Manager
Supervise the day to day operational functions of the branch including overseeing teller and customer service duties.
Approve customer and bank transactions within authority limits.
Perform audits to identify &mitigate operational risk and to ensure ongoing adherence with compliance procedures.
Be knowledgeable about all deposit, business, and consumer loan products.
Responsible for growing customer base consumer and business relationships through internal and external marketing programs. Develop and grow business and consumer relationships.
Supervise, coach, and develop staff regarding service expectations, policies, procedures, products, systems and banking transactions.
Supervision of foreign inward and outward transactions.
Duties as an Credit Incharge
Drive credit loan processing and service initiatives through influence and partnership with internal teams
Ensure financial statement spreads and loan approval documents are complete and accurate and in compliance with regulations prior to submission. Ensure achievement of strong controls and quality.
Disbursement of leasing, auto finance, cash finance and running finance loans at branch level.
Review of recovery of markup within given time.
