Facilitate the creation of a Central Committee within the Sindh Government for cross-sectoral collaboration, addressing structural challenges and formulating risk management strategies.
• Define disaster management frameworks across provincial, district, and local levels, setting clear roles, targets, and accountability measures. Ensure disaster preparedness by integrating mitigation into risk reduction efforts.
