Working with Chinese and German engineers of E&I control and power system.Trouble shooting on DCS/PLC(I/O Cards) & VFD, control loops(relays, I/O Cards), encoders, field instrumentation including flow, temperature, pressure & level transmitters, control valve & positioners, lasers distance sensors, proximities & instruments calibration.Troubleshooting & Maintenance of electrical power systems like Transformers, Switchgears(LV/MV), CTs, PTs, earthing systems, Thermal overloads, contactors, ACBs, VCBs, MCC, Protection relays & systems, P.F Controllers, Recorders,etcSupervision of manpower with safety standards to perform job according to daily job plan Handling & Preparing technical documents like Manuals, SOP, Daily readings & Logbook, Operations Manuals, Test Reports, Calibration reports, fault analysis reports.Communicate with Managers and mechanical / operations department personnels for troubleshooting, sharing issues and solutions, systems specification & behaviors to increase productivity & Plant efficiency.Provide trainings to staff to enhance their performance also maintain inventory & Spares Inspection of all kind of Electrical & Instruments devicesWork on IBA software which analyze any kind of abnormality by showing trends

• Radiological hazards management

• Corrective & Preventive maintenance of control room instruments, meters, recorders, etc.
• Trouble shooting of Fire alarm system & Motor control centre
• Installation, commissioning & testing of new control systems
• Supervision of contractual staff in shutdown
• Trouble shooting, testing & calibration of DCS system
• Preventive maintenance of Motors (insulation & winding test), Transformers(Power,
Distribution, etc), Switchgears (LV / MV), Switch yard & Switch yard extension 132KV
• Main Generators & Diesel Generator inspection & test (Carbon brushes, AVR, over speed test, pressure switches &
etc)

• HSE Training
