Reviews project plans and proposals, then works with management to
develop project objectives. Identifies project responsibilities by determining
the phases and elements of the project. Calculate time frames and sequences
the sages of the project.
Conducts tests assuring safe and satisfactory project performance.
Assigns personnel to specific jobs and monitor the elements of project through project coordination
meetings and other forms of communication.
Monitor and Control Site Mobilization activities (including facility construction, manpower
mobilization, tools and equipment mobilization etc.) & Site Construction activities.
Ensure Final Handover Documents including Drawings, Closed Punch points lists, QA/QC Dossiers
and Mechanical completion Documents etc.

TIMELY COMPLETION
Ensures Project completion within specified time and Budget.
COORDINATION
Ensures requisite technical backup to the site team.
COST MONITORING
Responsible for expenses related to project execution and monitor cost of the project.
PLANNING AND SCHEDULING
Responsible for making the initial plan as well as continuous revisions if necessary of the original plan
with the help of the Incharge Planning.
RESOURCE MOBILIZATION
Ensures backup of timely availability of mobilization of manpower, equipments.
PROCUREMENT & STORES
Ensures timely availability of essential material at site and exercise good material management at site.
EXECUTION METHODOLOGY
Ensures execution of the project in the most efficient and safe manner by developing the construction
procedures.
QA&QC PROCEDURE
Ensures that specifications of QA&QC Procedures are according to the specified quality to be delivered
and are followed accurately.
ENVIRONMENT SAFETY PROCEDURES
Will get the HSE manual for the project prepared through I/C HSE and ensures that all design and
construction is carried out in accordance with its requirements.
PROGRESS MEASUREMENT
Ensures timely generation and submission of progress report to the client
