Partnership & coordination to promote partnership with all influencers factors at UC level in support of SIAs.
Assist the selection of appropriate vaccinators as per given criteria and their distribution as per need.
Campaign Implementations
Monitoring the process of implementation of the campaigns as per guidelines & provide feedback to DPEOs.
Data collection, analysis, collection and collation of Tally sheet from the area of responsibility on daily basis.
Participate in preparing of realistic catch up plans for missed children & monitoring their implementation.
Facilitate the work of independent monitors.
Participate in organizing the redo / sweeping activities in the UC as required in the of PCM / LQAS / Marker survey results.

Collection of Tally sheets, Form2A and of Intra-Campaign and analyze all Tally sheets Team wise and search lacking and gaps for support and implementation in upcoming SIAs Campaign and report share to UC, Taluka and District,
AFP Surveillance
Collection & submission of weekly zero reports from all HFs in their UC to DHO every Monday.
Visiting all health facility focal persons in the UC to enquire about AFP cases recently admitted.
Visiting all sites and informal health care providers to enquire about AFP cases.
Immediate reporting about AFP cases found to the PEO/DSC.
Facilitating in AFP cases investigation and stool sample collection.
Any other task assigned by provincial team leader.
Routine Immunization
Monitoring and supportive supervision in Routine Immunization because Routine Immunization is also a main pillar to eradicate the Polio.
Conduct Parents session for awareness and importance of Routine Immunization in communities.
Meeting with vaccinators and select appropriate site for Routine Immunization Outreach Session to in village/Muhalla.
During Routine Immunzation Household cluster if found any week area where zero dose children and partially immunized children are in majority Partner Staff (UCPO) advised to done an outreach session and incorporate the areas in Routine Immunization Microplan.
Support to vaccinators in Routine Immunization Microplan and also visit Outreach Sessions in field.
COVID-19 Assessment
Data collection and updation for COVID-19 Patients was also a main purpose of UCPO at Taluka Level.
Most Patients were isolated in their houses, Partner Staff (UCPO) collected information from their siblings to fill the COVID-19 Assessment checklists according to SOPs.
Precaution also told by partner staff (UCPO) how to save themselves from this virus.
Data which were collected was added online and simultaneously sent to District Polio Eradication Officer (DPEO).
