Building on a career in the development and NGO sector spanning over five years, I have established a significant track record of success with multiple UNICEF Country Offices, including Zimbabwe, State of Palestine, Pakistan, and Yemen, as well as various independent partner organisations and NGOs. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in project initiation, including developing inception reports and designing qualitative research data collection tools. I have also demonstrated my analytical prowess, conducting extensive desk research both manually and using advanced software such as MaxQDA, NVivo, and Atlas.TI, and performing Quality Assurance on the data received. I have showcased my versatility by contributing to report writing, formulating policies, developing qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods evaluations, and creating and deploying research tools. My experience extends to overseeing partner organisations, bid on funding opportunities, and grants for the organisation and specific beneficiaries such as Persons with Bleeding Disorders. My project and grant management skills have been proven through my administrative leadership, successful event coordination, and meticulous upkeep of up-to-date documentation. My robust stakeholder management ability is evident in my liaison roles with entities such as UNICEF Country Offices and AAN Associates. Over the years, I have gained sector expertise on the SDGs, Health, Nutrition, and Education sectors, which combined with my comprehensive research and management skills, positions me effectively for continued success in this field.
