➢ Act as a liaison between a company’s departments and a communication hub" or between the company and its clients or vendors.
➢ Handling of sales and financial functions such as resolving account discrepancies, placing orders, reviewing monthly revenue, and verifying billing charges.
➢ They also handle questions, concerns, and complaints from clients and/or vendors, escalating issues to a supervisor
➢ Associate account managers may generate reports for management, making suggestions to managers on potential improvements.
➢ Assist Key Account Manager for Sales with pre-sales and post-sales activities such as providing product information and answering product questions and inquiries of customers.
➢ Assist in sales lead generation activities and maintain a database of qualified sales leads.
➢ Assist in the identification and recognition of new business development opportunities.

➢ Check and verify current inventory levels and keep records to prevent inventory gaps through SAP.
➢ Checking of purchase orders for accuracy, completeness and clarity before order placement.
➢ Negotiate with vendors on price and business terms.
➢ Assist in ad-hoc procurement related projects and report analysis to senior management when necessary.
➢ To Achieve Shipment Targets by completing development of Packing materials and all requirements related to orders.
➢ Monitoring, reviewing and dealing with vendors for development of packaging materials.
➢ Work on packaging improvement in coordination with centralized procurement departments.
➢ To make sure right quality of materials are sampled for customer approval.
➢ Reducing backlog material arranged after convincing customers as per their previous artworks.
➢ Conduct vendor visits for new developments.
➢ Conduct vendor audits to ensure quality.

Quality Assurance
➢ Maintenance and incorporation of new procedures/requirements in ISO 9001:2008 QMS in coordination with QA department
➢ Certification/External certification of new products from certifying bodies
➢ Creating CAPA (Corrective and Preventive actions)
Artwork Management
➢ Complete artwork preparation, coordination and customer Approval.
➢ Preparing, designing customer artworks of own brand artworks and master files
➢ Managing Pre-production sampling both marked and un-marked.
➢ Pre-Customer Approval of samples and Post-Production Sample Approval of customers.
➢ To respond customers on email queries as per SOP to avoid any communication lap and keep customers informed on the status of subjected discussions.
➢ Making sure no approvals are pending to avoid any shipment delays at customers end and avoid sales loss of company.
➢ Monitoring any wrong order from customer based on artworks to avoid any discrepancies afterwards.
