To manage field activities, Initial Networking and Troubleshooting. Develop Method of Procedures (MOPs) for preventive maintenance activities that is consistent with company compliance requirements. Maintain communication with each site manager to ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance activity is shared. Understanding of IP Protocols with expertise in Routing and Switching. Document management (contracts, schedules, field service reports, etc.) Monitoring of alarms and performance information. Managing Day to Day rosters, ensuring smooth 24/7 operations. Level I & II technical support to collocated engineers and technicians. Other Duties as assigned.
