RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include the following (but not limited to):
 Monitoring all the major activities occurring at site.
 Preparing the bills in joint measurement along with contractor representative.
 Supervising the field activities especially concrete pouring.
 Ensuring the quality of work as per QA/QC department.
 Ensuring execution of health and safety requirements.
 Verifying the invoices submitted by the contractor based on joint measurement sheets jointly prepared with contractor.
 Preparing of Rehab BoQ’s for the upcoming schools.
 Preparing SOR (Statement of request) along with CDC (community development coordinators).
 Close Liaison with Community Development Coordinators.

 Working as a field Engineer and dealing with field staff.
 Ensuring the material actual consumption and timely demand of material.
 Working as an Estimation Engineer and preparing bills.
 Working on tender and bidding documents.
 Dealing with clients during the project execution.
 Supervising the field activities especially concrete pouring.
 Ensuring the quality of work as per QC department.
 Preparing quality control and daily reports.
 Ensuring execution of health and safety requirements.
 Maintaining office documents like daily progress reports, monthly progress reports, field inspection reports, checks requests, letters, bar bending schedules, etc.
