To set and follow-up the route of the fabric from Pretreatment as per requirements of customer and nature of design.
To deal with FFD and Marketing department for all printing issues.
To check all new developments before submitting to the customer.
Took part in the installation of the Flatbed & Rotary Reggiani machine.
Coordinate with lab for R & D work of printing & finishing.

Coordinate between Khaadi & Supplier for all developments & production,
Responsible for planning,
Check all developments & production before sending to Khaadi as well as resolve all ambiguities regarding layout, design, dyeing & finishing matters,
Working as Quality Inspector too.

Responsible for Developments Planning Designing,
Engraving & Sampling.
Coordinate between marketing & processing for Developments.
To make the weekly sampling plan according to the Marketing priorities.
Responsible for cost reduction,
To give the approval for the color/designs for new & repeat designs.

Played active part in the installation and commissioning of Rotary screen engraving (Smart Lex) & sampling machine
To ensuring that designs are rechecked & all rectification has been made before bulk production.
