- Looking after Import activities for purchases which include, Landed Cost Analysis, SBP approval processing for Items falling in 84 and 85 chapter, Advance payment processing, Establishment of LCs, shipment tracking, clearance followup from clearance team, ARG / Open account payment processing.
- Saved 9.7 Million PKR annually in Local Indirect Buying by moving business from General Order Suppliers to Manufacturers/Distributors by saving middle man\'s margin and avoiding double taxation.
- Managing 100+ Local and 20+ foreign suppliers for cost effective procurement.
- Increased Data base of active suppliers by 15% to establish alternate suppliers against Monopolistic Suppliers.
- Increased distribution of business among suppliers by reducing 7% business of top 3 suppliers through alternate sourcing, strict negotiations, long term contracts.
- Managing all Rental and Service/O&M Contracts for equipments operating at Pakistan Cables.

-Technically evaluated and prepared comparative analysis for parts, selected for localization resulting a saving of PKR 77 Million annually.-Issued RFQ to the selected suppliers and participated in parts specification meeting to finalize the parameters of localization.-Issued Go-head to the selected supplier based on the feasibility and parts approval from SMC Japan.-Periodically revised prices of local parts based on forex ( Bi-Monthly) , LME and KIBOR (Quarterly).-Performed bulk price revision for local parts based on labor and sheet metal rate (around 10,000 revisions)-Performed process Verification/Supplier Audit for 12 suppliers and managed to achieve a saving of 6.25 Million Annually-Hosted Pak Suzuki Annual Suppliers’ Conference 2019 at Marriott Hotel Karachi having 130+ CEOs as participant.-Participated in tooling trial and Buy-off events in China and Taiwan for Imported tooling.

- Successfully attended orientations of all shops present in plant.- Performed OJT ( On Job Training ) in various shops for 6 weeks to get the basic and first hand knowledge of the manufacturing process.- Actively participated in training on self motivation and how to handle stress.- Received a full day session on ERP-LX- Studied in detail and Understood the complete localization process cycle and took part in various activities related to localization process.- Performed various vendor visit within Karachi and Upcountry for Mass Production Trial Verification and achieved Cost down targets.- Was selected to visit Taiwan for the Mold Trial of Suzuki WagonR plastic parts.

- Prepared quotations for various clients related to HVAC equipment, along with the designing and selection of equipment according to the requirements.

- Prepared a layout of the complete Weld Shop
- Studied the reasons and the factors on which the generation of spatters depend and performed
various Gemba for the root cause analysis .
- Presented and implemented the findings to reduce the spatters by 11%.
