The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for detailed design, planning, coordination and implementation of the project in the thematic areas.• Provide support in carried out assessment study for target UCs, Villages & beneficiaries selection in consultation with Programe Manager for target community and beneficiaries, where to implement the Project activities.• PM will be responsible to develop an implementation plan for project activities.• PM will develop the selection criteria for the selection of beneficiaries & VC members.• PM will develop mobilization strategy in consultation with Programe Manager for the project activities.• Visit the project activities on regular basis and give his feed back if required. He will develop the Bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly report regarding project activities.• Monitored & evaluate all the project activities and come up with value able suggestions for improvement in the implementation of current projects.• Establish a coordination mechanism with Government line agencies as well with target beneficiaries for strengthening the linkages development between the community and government line agencies.• Develop training plan for the staff & beneficiaries about the project and its implementation.• Coordination and Linkages Development:• PM will be responsible for regular coordination with district & tehsil administration & target communities to present project design and seek local recommendations.• Supervise the project team; orient them on project design, provide them with work plan, implementation strategy and reporting formats.• Represent Peace and Development Organization in Government liaison meetings for current and new interventions as focal person.• Coordinate activities with donor, UN agencies, I/NGOs and Government• To supervise the staff of the project and be responsible for their effectiveness and efficiency all the time.• To undertake performance appraisals of the staff

• Assess, plan, design, implement, monitor, and report WASH project activities to Program Manager.
• Ensure activities comply with appropriate national and international standards (Sphere) and are focused on improving the environmental health conditions of the beneficiaries.
• Ensure that water supply and sanitation activities are implemented as per design, standards and schedule, agreed with NCA and PADO management.
• Follow-up on Social mobilizers and ensure that water & sanitation education is adequately delivered and local communities are actively involved.
• Coordinate systematic surveys and water quality analysis
• Oversee design, installation, and construction of latrines
• Provide routine training to the subordinate staff for their professional development.
• Develop data collection systems to monitor and ensure quality control of all the activities.
• Ensure all procurement and logistical needs of the project are efficiently managed.
• Write reports and conduct liaison with other WASH cluster, Govt agencies and other humanitarian agencies
