Responsibilities as Account Assistant:


v  Receive Appraisals from workers and complete documents to process them to grant loans to borrowers


v  Receive cash and bank deposits and manage and handle, deposit on timely at bank and bank liaising


v  Evaluate loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness


v  To check risk factor and policy violations to minimum risk and bad debt volume and assure company policies


v  Prepare All type of vouchers, Bank reconciliation statement and AR/AP


v  Interview loan applicants to check trustworthiness and risk factors and stop if caught violation


v  Assist field staff by issue remaining recovery reports to achieve monthly targets as needed


v  Maintain strong relation with bank for on time payments, deposits and verifications


Responsibilities as Admin Assistant:


v  Make Daily target report and Monthly progress report to discuss Management and other documentation work


v  Bookkeeping and maintain record electronic and physical to get easy access when required


v  Manage inventory of assets, purchase order and frequent office supplies and expense and stock level


v  Send and receive necessary applications, documents, reports to Head Office when required


v  Assist Administration department to organize and attend meetings to discuss current situation of organization


v  Make day to day closing and report to Head of department


Responsibilities as Assistant Internal Auditor:


v  Checking of Appraisal (Loan Document)before and after disbursement to find discrepancies and violation


v  Check all type of vouchers to make sure all supporting is attached


v  Complete audit cycle by conducting compliance from branch offices before final audit


v  Explain features, pros & cons of various policies and amendments to promote sale of credit


v  Explain necessary bookkeeping requirements for branch heads to implement policies and encourage staff


v  Assist External audit team by providing them required information on Final Audit


Achievements:


v  Got promoted to Internal Auditor after conducting successful branch visit and performance


Got extra assignment as Progress Report Manager after excellent performance for year 2017k
