•Working in Sales Operations department at Qarshi Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. Jam-e-Shirin Boulevard, 15-G, Gulberg-III, Lahore
•Managing daily operations of distributors and coordination with national sales team to achieve targets.
•Planning company business on monthly basis as well as finalizing yearly business targets.
•Responsible for timely and accurate reporting to senior management for sales analysis.
•Recruiting sales team, evaluation for team appraisal, clarity of role responsibility, Verification of attendance, travelling and expenses claims.
•Responsible for daily operations of channel development, distributor`s evaluation, order management, distributors claims, Inventory management and ensure in time supplies to distribution channels.
•Planning, managing primary and secondary sales objectives as per strategic policy of company, administrating sales team and target follow up.
•Daily business review, monitoring of statistical sales and inventory analysis for sales growth.
•Organizing Sales team meeting at Head Office and responsible for all arrangements as well booking their Air tickets & Hotel reservations.
