• Supervise the all WASH related construction activities at field level.
• Monitor field work according to BOQs and drawings.
• Supervisions of skilled and unskilled labour and ensure work as per engineering standards and designs.
• Carry out Technical assessments at field level.
• Support the program engineer for conducting the feasibilities, design and BOQs development.
• Help and plan construction related activities in the assigned sites.
• Implement and monitor day-to day activities according to BOQs and drawings in collaboration with the skilled and unskilled labour.
• Prepare regular reports on the progress of construction for the assigned sites.
• Ensure the quality and quantity of material at field as per BOQs and according to way bills.
• Ensure work complete as per work plan and schedules
• Resolve the conflicts on construction site.
• Issue and sign the work done certificates as per design.
• Hand over the WASH infrastructure to village base committees.
• Monitor the contractors work including the work plans and quality of work if needed.
• Ensure safety procedures and rules are respected in the field by all workers.
• Represent organization with different community stakeholders at field level.
• Closely work with hygiene promoters and social mobilizers to provide support.
• Closely work with ware house and logistic teams.Maintain good communication with beneficiaries and other organizations working in the area.
