Managing HSE department with a team of 22 HSE staff e.g. fire fighters/supervisors/HSE incharges
• Developing and implementing HSE systems & protocols e.g. LOTO & Work Permits, Emergency preparedness, Hazard identification & Risk Assessment, Training Matrix, Safety Culture Program, Road Safety Program, Contractors Safety Manual etc.
• Do firefighting pump calculations, assessments. Lead the inspections of fire safety equipment. Conducts evacuation and chemical spillage drills and maintain records.
• Lead engagement program for management. One-on-one discussion of housekeeping and safety concerns with department heads. Analyze production HSE performance and provide the HR department with a monthly grade of productions staff for performance bonuses.
• Injuries accidents trend analysis on safety dashboard for reducing the injury frequency rate as per injury analysis by conducting risk assessment and submits all the reports weekly and monthly to top management to review the performance of HSE department
• Risk assessment and inspection of newly installed machine and fire safety equipment in industry and company warehouses.
• Workers capacity building & training on regular intervals as per training need analysis for various safety topics
• Conducted Internal audits regarding ISO, customer code of conducts and MRM as per system and customer requirements
• To facilitate customer announced or unannounced audits like Mango, INDITEX, etc
• Environmental related monitoring of all the pollution resources.
• Coordination with certification bodies and arrange surveillance/certification audits
• Supervision of ongoing projects related to Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical and extension of buildings

Working as Executive HSE in Certification Compliance Department to ensure workplaces activities and documentations as per requirement of ISO45001:2018, ISO-14001:2015 and ISO-9001:2015.

• Daily supervision, inspection of work at the erection of 20 m3/h Demineralization Plant.
• Erection of Induced Draft Cooling Tower. Decide the minimum path of flow lines.
• Did water balance of sugar industry. Calculate water requirement for industry to reduce effluent discharge of sugar mill and gave ideas how to reduce it.
• Calculate steam pipeline diameters for power plant.
