I have had the chance to present a case study in an environmental workshop in a project of Programme for Industrial Sustainable Development, (PISD) in Lahore and Faisalabad regarding on water waste water and on cleaner production technologies. Brief Project Description:
The aim of this project is to establish TB Clubs in 5 schools in each of the 10 selected districts of Pakistan like Muzafferabad, Bagh (AJK).Gujrat, Sialkot, Mandi bahaudin, Narowal, Khushab (PUNJAB).Tando alla yar, Tando Muhammad khan (SINDH) and Quetta. All students of these schools will receive awareness about TB through lectures, literature, and poster – calendars, banners and painting competition on the theme: TB is Curable.
“School TB Clubs” established in each of the selected schools under the supervision of school teacher. The lecture and training of TB Club members conducted through multimedia aids and interactive sessions by the IHS TB Clubs project team.
These TB Clubs will act as small advocacy units for these schools and surrounding community.
