Key Responsibilities are
• Maintain Team Attendance Maintain Teams Daily,Weekly,Monthly Target Records.
• Coordinating with Senior management and mid level management and with users.
• Monitoring agents calls highlighting their mistakes and giving them feedback by doing session with them.
• Responsible for Team targets their performance and disciplinary issues to ensure positive work environment.
• Session with agents on their performance individually before and after QA report.
• Follow up with QA department regarding quality of sales of agents.
• Responsible for Closing agents leads.
• Solving agents issues i.e IT related technical issue’s, submitted sales OR quality related by coordinating with other departments.
• Ensure that every individual hits their targets and give certain target to team.
• Weekly meeting with team to set new goals and to solve their problems and motivate them for next week.
• Follow up on equipment\'s that are being used on floor   

Key Responsibilities are
• Working on CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
• To reach new customers via different means and explain them about product.
• Take proper follow up with existing leads and convert them in to Sale.
• Give support to our existing clients and solve their queries regarding our services.
• Give orientation to new client.
• Update record as per the status of client.
• Provide them satisfied assistance and support.
• Handling clients and providing them support through Emails/Chat/Phone Calls.
• Connect with new clients to promote the brand and convert that into sale.
