Responsibilities & Duties:
• Take care of Order process for Caterpillar Machines, Material Handling, MCFE Lift Trucks, Used, Rental and Non Caterpillar products (e.g. TEREX, KONECRANES, BRONTO, ETERNITY, KINSHOFER, CASCADE, and KAUP).
• Follow up with Suppliers to keep track of orders, placed for the branches.
• Prepares and publishes Caterpillar Machines Standard Price List for Al-Bahar Territory (U.A.E, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait & Muscat).
• Prepare Caterpillar Machines Configuration.
• Prepare quotations for International Customers and other Caterpillar Dealers
• Updates Unconstrained (Demand planning) / Constrained (Supply planning) sales forecast by model / branch in the DDVS SAP tool.
• Extracts and customize Supply review reports from IBM Cognos software.
• Preparation of Annual Sales Budget for Caterpillar Machines and Material Handling Products,
Collect Data from all Branches and accumulate after cross checking based on history figures & approved figures by Management.
• Formulates Annual Budget Reports like Unit Sales, Market Share, GP, Cost of Sales, Revenue, Man-power & Operating Statements.
• 1 week internship program under Production Department.
• 8 weeks internship program under Production control, Quality Assurance, Industrial Product Division and Marketing Departments.
• Work as a sales officer, deal with the customers & check the quality before
• Delivery of Tractors/Lift Trucks and other farm machinery.
• Deals with customers for claims & warranty.
