Conducted MNCH Needs assessment of Afghan Refugees living in KP (Research Study) in Feb-Mar, 2016. This included focus Group discussions in refugee’s camps throughout the province for impact assessment of Maternal Neonatal and Child Health (MNCH) Project to determine health needs of Afghan Refugees in province arising due to UNHCR’s New Health Strategy. The study was designed to determine conceptualization and perceptions of Maternal and Neonatal Child Care, paying special attention to individual’s perceptions and informed decision making in Afghan Refugees Camps. It was also focused on identifying gaps arising due to UNHCRs New Health Strategy, its influence on MNCH, Nutrition and family planning. This research study determined future needs for informed decisions making for strategies.
