Study of BOM (Bill of Material) to check the number of child parts, their types and specification (Sheet Metal , Plastic , Rubber , ZDC ,ADC or other)
To check the dimensional tolerances with references of standards (JIS, SES or others)
Responsible to develop vendor drawing development and assistant resolving issues if available.
CAD data study comparison with drawing.

Assist in manufacturing of checking fixture. Final inspection of checking fixture
Responsible for checking fixture’s FARO inspection.
Responsible for tooling design.

Participates in conceptual tool design.
Handling other miscellaneous activities.
Assists in Part development:
Assists in OTS development with respect of drawing with complete inspection
Assists in all developments and document related (i.e. Process flow, work instruction sheet, psis-p & etc.)
Assists special projects regardless of development as designated by management (i.e. VAVE & SMEDA-JICA)
