Enhance the production through process capability and applying continues process improvement techniques using KAIZEN and LEAN methodology.
Reduce the most important 8 wastes from the process by capturing Six-Sigma methodology.
Fasten up the process up to maximum limitations.
Ensure Pre-maintenance technique to avoid any disturbance or waiting time in the process.
Control the Inventory by J.I.T method .
Responsible to implement H.S.E policies under my control areas.
Maintaining the smooth flow of steel melting process in order to get the maximum output without compromising quality.
Maintain the Quality standards in all perspective.
Maintain the smooth flow of goods in order to achieve the daily targets.
Communicate with all departments to understand their on time requirements and flow that data timely to my team to take respective and appropriate decisions.
