The position is under DAI- USAID.  The purpose of the project is to conduct awareness session in the different universities of Sindh Province on CVE Laws. Project supervision and close coordination with Government departments are  my job roles in the project. Project area was University of Karachi, SZABIST Karachi, BBSU Layari, University of Sindh Jamshoro & Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur. My specific JDs for this position are given below:

Support the Field Officers in identifying students for Peace Networks in selected departments of the Universities.
Develop liaison with the members of Peace Networks & Faculty Members in selected departments.

My specific JDs for this position are given below: • Manage data bank at Head office and prepare at a glance. • Prepare updates and presentations for Visitors, IHDF’s monthly, quarterly and annual review etc. Provide inputs to project reports and publications upon request of the management team.• Produce timely reports, Note for Records (NFRs), Event reports and Projects etc. • Develops baseline data for each project site in the programme. • Collects and collates reports from the field sites. • Coordinates with field implementers regarding reports and M&E activities. • Monitoring visits to implementing partners for data clarifications. Develop field plans with the consultation of field team and stockholders

The position was under ECHO/Welthungerhilfe funded multi-sectoral one which included Food Security, Livelihoods, WASH and Nutrition sectors. The purpose of the project was to meed the immediate needs of drought affected malnourished families especially related to food security and nutrition. Cash Transfers, Livestock medical treatments and training on livestock management, Nutritional awareness sessions (IYCF), access to drinking water (through rehabilitating water sources), WASH awareness sessions and food security related monitoring and assessments were my job roles in the project. My specific JDs for this position are given below:
• Provide overall management for the design and implementation of the M&E system, working closely with other project staff, consultants and partners and provide progress updates to the Project Manager, donors and key stakeholders.
• Provide the field data that supports the project’s PMP.
• Participate in regular M&E meetings with community beneficiaries and project staff.
• Review sector interventions and implementation methodologies and suggest specific recommendation for their improvement.
