To contribute in corporate litigations, legal notices and their replies
Responsible for registration of trademark, copyright, patent and industrial design
Drafting board resolutions and stockholder consents and coordinating signings and closings
To participate in tribunal and high court matters of trademark, copyright, patent and related litigations
Assist creative teams with other legal issues relating to intellectual property, advertising and promotion
Experience in preparing and coordinating securities filings, mergers and dissolutions of corporations
Responsible for organizing data and coordinating due diligence preparing and maintaining closing checklists
Responsible for Limited Companies Formation, LLP, Partnership Firm, Societies, Associations, NGO’s and Trust
Prepare search reports of trademarks and design marks through manual and online to support trademark clearance and risk analysis

Assist the finance team in final accounts, income tax return filings, sales tax return filings, compliances and corporate matters of a company. Each day, processes invoices, records payments, and track expenses of the organization. In some cases, supervises other staff members who assist with the bookkeeping duties. Each expense must be cross checked with the corresponding invoice, to ensure that the billing is accurate. Communicating with customers is a regular duty of the job.
