Assist line manager in conducting a training need analysis.

EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT:

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands,grievances, or other issues
Work closely with management and employees to improve workrelationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Ensure proper understanding & functioning of SOPs and policies
Conduct exit interviews and Issue various letters to the employees
(appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience certificates,
visa letters, pension letters, etc.)
Maintain disciplinary action record e.g. warning letter, show cause,and follow termination procedure as per the policy
Discuss turnover with HR Head and apply strategies to control the attrition rate
Preparing organogram
Involved in planning and implementation of different events and activities for employee engagement
Ensure the smooth process flow of performance appraisal, annual
increment, confirmation, and implement subsequent changes in payroll software on a monthly/yearly basis
Prepare, update, and finalize the job description of the new and existing positions
Conduct Training and Development Sessions on the need basis
Open and close employees’ bank accounts, ATM card distribution also handles all employees’ bank account Issues
Facilitates in the development and maintenance of HR manuals,
processes, forms, guidelines etc.

Manage EOBI and SESSI portal and process payments on a monthly basis
Facilitates in the development and maintenance of HR manuals, processes, forms, guidelines, etc.
