• Design and deploy tables, views, and stored procedures.
• Alter and modifying the stored procedures as per client requirement.

• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint; determining the cause of the problem;
selecting & explaining the best solution to solve the problem; ensure resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email & site visits providing information & closing queries.
• Using JIRA Software and fix the issues as per customer requirement.
• Working on JBOSS and CRM logs file monitoring.

• Responsible for increasing market share and the uptake of products at a local level.
• Also in charge of providing clear lines of communication across all areas of the business.
• Ability to understand and fully assess client needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrable product and market knowledge.
