Responsibilities
Update and maintain the overall attendance report the employees on (HCM ERP) HR Software. (Vacation, Sick
leaves and personal leaves)
Assist the employee with all internal and external related issue.
Assist the accountant in preparation of monthly payroll.
Final Settlement of all employees.
Post Job openings on relevant job portals and other platforms to attracts suitable candidates.
Handle the overall process of sourcing, short listing and interview candidates for new openings.
Manage the overall onboard process for the new hires Offer letter preparation etc.
Prepare Job Description for the employees and upcoming openings.
Update and maintain the personal files for each and every employee.
Prepare and submit HR reports as requested by the HR Manager.
Conduct training session and when required.
Explaining HR Policies, law and SOPs to employees.
Daily other tasks as required by the management.
Communicates with vendor and suppliers regarding all requirements.
Overseeing the Housekeeping and maintenance of the building both inside and outside.
Ensuring that the building and facilities are in compliance with health and security standards. (Fire Detector, Fire
Extinguisher, CCTV Cameras)
Greeting and directing visitor, answering phone inquiries and handling complaint by clients.
Arranging KRA's KPI's and Yardstick tools KPIs evaluation
