Understand customer’s requirements and propose the initial design, negotiate the proposal terms & conditions with customer. Develop the responsibility structure of the team & work management plan. Initiate the order processing and the core designing; Idea sketching, Color and pattern management, Material Sampling, Finalization of the design. Raise any change order request after the design has been completed. Work with vendors to inspect the quality, supervise the production and monitor timely delivery of the supply to customer. Interact & motivate the team and plan for their self-improvement through planned training.
