Weekly meetings with owner of the Group and Higher Management to brief about projects progress.
Cost control documents and quality control activities, Track project status regularly and ensure to execute projects within allotted budget and timelines along with S – curve details and weekly agendas / minutes of meetings.
Reviews design documents and give input for construction, procurement, engineering planning. EPC and Turnkey.
Liaison with subcontractors in EPC projects, for timely completion of project with required specifications
Actively communicates with all stakeholders - team project teams and responsible for project related issues.
Ensures compliance with Quality and EHS standards for all projects. FAT & SAT
Supports the higher management in identifying, evaluating, assessing and escalating risk and opportunities & strategy.
Practical hands of work on Solar Software, Sketchup, PVSyst, Helioscope – Logiciel Photovoltaïque, LCS (Local
Commissioning and Service Tool), Sensors including Environment Monitoring Sensor/Weather Stations – ABB,
SMA 60 and 75kW Inverters, Huawei 100KTL and 200KTL Commissioning and maintenance.
