• Accounts and Finance
Manage cash position by maintaining cash flow statements, budget forecasting, performance analysis reports, maintaining reserves and restricted funds, managing donations, securities, investments, profit debts, capital/exchange (Gain/Loss), and playing a key role in banking relationships.
Preparation of the following reports; Financial statements, Audit schedules, having experience in controlling the systematic reports on ERP and having an important role in budget preparation.
Maintaining the balance sheet, income statement, trial balance, general ledgers, fixed asset register, receivables, advances, payments and receipts cycle, funds inflow/outflow statement, and bank reconciliations.
• Taxation
I am skilled in managing financial transactions in compliance with federal and provincial tax laws, specifically the (Income Tax Ordinance of 2001). I can calculate taxable income and tax liabilities, prepare statements of tax declarations, assist with tax assessments and tax audits, manage advance income tax and withholding tax, facilitate e-payments and e-filing of withholding tax and income tax returns, reconcile withholding tax, and ensure compliance with tax notices and schedules.
• Payroll Management / Salaries Disbursement
Maintaining reports, statements, and a database of more than 2500 employees; scheduling salaries according to the organization\'s rules and regulations and keeping proper records in compliance with government requirements and regulations (tax, EOBI, SESSI/PESSI); managing Tax credits, Concessions, Contributions and Premiums for medical health insurance. Handlie the final settlements related to the end of employment service. Preparation of proper records for government monitoring, assessment, audit, and other compliance.
